Who Am I?
I am a Communications Specialist with a focus on Community and Influencer Communications.
I am currently employed by Dorfromantik developer Toukana Interactive as a Community Manager.
Furthermore, I take care of some Social Media and Marketing Outreach via Social Media and supported Platforms.
As is usual for Indie Developers, I do wear even more hats, and some of those more than others.
Some of those hats of mine include Content and Asset Creation, a tiny splash of Localization, and being that one guy who remembers to bring tools to build a Gamescom Booth.
Granted, the latter is not a real hat per se - But I do know a thing or two about setting up a booth.
How Do I Work?
In general, I aim to be both Speaking Piece, and Filter, for both Community and Developers. I believe in transparency, and prefer open and honest communications when possible. It is a show of respect towards your Audience, and in return you will also get your Audience's respect, in both good and less good times.
Furthermore, I subscribe to the idea that you can always improve. There is no such thing as perfect, you never stop getting better at what you do, and learning new things.

You can make an amazing game but you can’t make a success. Your players make the success.
